Rustic Looking Pedestal Clock with Gears - Champs Elysees France Paris - $75 (Bergenfield)

Condition: There is a small ding on the pedestal and also one on the front left side of the clock as well. I showed both in the pictures. Otherwise, it’s intentionally rustic looking. It keeps great time. Someone gave this clock to me so I’m not 100% sure what the gears are supposed to do. I’ve seen them spin, so I know they are functional, but they are not currently moving. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be spinning 24 hours a day a day or what. The only thing I can tell you is that they’re not currently moving. I’m not sure if that’s an issue or not.
