Looking to help physically disabled people (North Jersey)

Hi everyone,
I’d like to offer a little help to an elderly or physically disabled person for a few hours a week. I can assist with light cleaning, laundry, and personal care such as sponge baths or regular baths, depending on what is needed.
I’m not asking for money. I just want to help someone who could use an extra hand and a little kindness. Please tell me a bit about yourself or your situation if you think this could be helpful.
