About the Role
This role combines delivery, client relationship building, and supporting the growth of our distribution routes. Drivers play an important part in account management, territory expansion, and developing into route leadership positions. As the business continues to grow, there are opportunities for profit sharing and partnership in routes and territories.

Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 35–50 lb cases throughout the day
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
Drive a Sprinter-style delivery van to service restaurant clients on assigned routes
Pick up palletized orders from the warehouse each morning
Break down pallets and deliver to clients (may include stairs and hand unloading)
Rotate inventory at client locations to ensure product freshness
Verify deliveries and ensure orders are accurate and properly received
Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and staff—becoming a trusted point of contact and concierge
Gather helpful information in the field (cooler/fridge types, vendors used, private-label opportunities, etc.) and other product insights
Identify cross-sell opportunities and either introduce additional products or help schedule follow-up appointments with the team
Record deliveries, notes, and client information as needed
Assist with tracking and collecting receivables when applicable
Support the growth and success of your route, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility as the company expands
