Responsibilities:
• Assist the driver with loading and unloading goods from the vehicle.
• Ensure all items are secured properly for transport.
• Help navigate delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by interacting positively with clients.
• Handle heavy lifting and moving of packages as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during transportation.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures is a plus.
• Experience as a delivery driver is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks efficiently.
