Real Life Choices Transit is hiring a dependable driver to transport adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to and from day programs in Somerset County and surrounding areas.
About us:

- Focused on safety, reliability, professionalism, and compassionate service
Position:
- Full-time opportunities available
- Monday–Friday routes (morning and afternoon shifts)
- Door-to-door transportation to day programs, work sites, and community destinations
- Daily route consistency with supportive dispatch team
What we’re looking for:
- Valid NJ driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Background check required
