We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager who can take ownership of projects and get them completed — on time and done right.
This is a field-driven role. You’ll be coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and handling real jobsite responsibilities. If you’re not organized or can’t handle pressure, this is not the position for you.
Compensation:
Base salary
1%–3% commission on projects managed
Performance = higher income
Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects through completion
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and timelines
Keep jobs on schedule and within scope
Communicate with clients and resolve issues quickly
Ensure quality and accountability on every job
Requirements:
Construction experience required (field, foreman, or assistant PM)
Must be organized and able to manage multiple jobs
Strong communication skills
Reliable — no missed days, no excuses
Valid driver’s license
Do NOT apply if:

You need constant supervision
