We are a fast-paced, collision center seeking an experienced (7 years experience minimum) Collision Estimator/ Writer.
Job duties include:
• Greet customers at check in and maintain communication with customers through the repair process.
• Examine vehicle damage to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage. Write estimates and supplements on the cost of parts/labor. Review estimates with owner.
• Take photos of all vehicles as necessary and upload into CCC.
• Update insurance companies, manager/owners, and customers.
• Prepare insurance forms and complete final customer paperwork (DRP, Invoices)
Must have experience working in a DRP shop atmosphere high pace and high volume shop
