We are currently hiring a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and Skilled Laborers to join our expanding crews.
Landscape Maintenance Foreman Position Overview
The Foreman will lead a crew in daily landscape maintenance operations while ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and safety across multiple properties. This is a working leadership role — you will supervise while actively participating in the work.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage maintenance crew in the field
• Operate commercial landscape equipment
• Ensure properties meet company quality standards
• Train crew members in proper techniques and safety
• Communicate job details and expectations clearly to the team
• Complete daily job reports and track materials
• Perform pruning, trimming, plant care, and turf maintenance
• Identify property issues and report improvement opportunities
Qualifications
• 4+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pruning, plant care, and property upkeep
• Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Skilled Laborers (Landscape & Hardscape)
Position Overview
Skilled Laborers will assist with landscape maintenance and installation projects, including property care, planting, site prep, and hardscape support. We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
• Assist foreman and crew with daily job tasks
• Planting, mulching, cleanups, edging, and property upkeep
• Assist with paver prep, base work, and material moving
• Load/unload tools and materials
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
• Landscape or construction experience preferred (not required for entry-level)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team-oriented with strong work ethics
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and grow
