We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, drainage systems, grading, and full property transformations.
We are currently hiring a Construction Foreman, Equipment Operators, and Skilled Laborers who take pride in craftsmanship and want to grow with a professional company.
Construction Foreman
Position Overview
The Foreman will lead a crew on landscape and hardscape construction projects while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong knowledge of installation methods and jobsite management.
Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise daily construction operations
• Read plans and execute project layouts
• Oversee grading, base prep, drainage, and installations
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards
• Train crew members and enforce safety procedures
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow
• Communicate progress with management and clients
• Maintain organized and clean job sites
Qualifications
• 4+ years hardscape or landscape construction experience
• Leadership or foreman experience required
• Knowledge of paver installation, retaining walls, and grading
• Ability to run a project from start to finish
• Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Equipment Operators
Responsibilities
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and compact equipment
• Perform grading, excavation, and material handling
• Assist crew with layout and site prep
• Maintain equipment and follow safety standards
Qualifications
• Experience operating construction equipment required
• Understanding of grading and base preparation
• Ability to work efficiently around crew members
• Reliable and safety-focused
Skilled Laborers
Responsibilities
• Assist with paver installation, wall systems, and drainage
• Site prep, compaction, and material moving
• Cutting, leveling, and finishing work
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
Qualifications
• Landscape or construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors and lift heavy materials
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
