Hands-On Self-Starter and disciplined. Experience as a Superintendent/Handyman in a Multi-Family Apartment House. Daily cleaning and trash removal plus skills to turn over apartments: carpentry, plumbing, electric. Manage subcontractors for major repairs.
Must be able to respond to emergencies 24/7.
Personal skills to interact with Tenants on a purely professional level.
