We’re a small custom woodworking and flooring shop specializing in one-of-a-kind wood flooring patterns, stair parts, transition pieces, and other custom millwork components. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented woodworker to join our team full-time.
Responsibilities:
• Operate woodworking machinery such as shaper, table saw, planer, jointer, and sanders
• Fabricate and finish custom wood components to precise specifications
• Read and interpret shop drawings or templates
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with the team on specialty flooring and stair projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of professional woodworking experience
• Proficient with all major woodworking tools and power equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
