As a Dryer Vent & Chimney Safety Inspector, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety and efficiency by maintaining clean and well-functioning chimney and dryer vent systems.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of dryer vent and chimney systems. Good communication, attention to details, good interpersonal interactions with homeowners a must.
• Utilize specialized equipment to clean dryer vents and components, including dismantling of the clothes dryers.
• Remove lint, debris, and potential blockages to enhance safety and performance.
• Ensure proper resealing and repair of access points post-cleaning.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in dryer vent cleaning, chimneys maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of dryer vent systems and components.
• Familiarity with industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday.
• Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Enjoy driving from job to job
• Good on ladders
• Mechanical and light construction skills a must, use of tools, sheetrock repairs helpful.
