This is NOT a laborer or entry-level position — you must already have hands-on experience.

Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):
• 1–2+ years of construction experience
• Experience in roofing, siding, or similar exterior work
• Comfortable using basic tools (tape measure, drill, saw, etc.)
• Able to work on active job sites (including heights when needed)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctual
• Team-first mindset (no ego)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete employment verification.
