Call Center Dispatcher – Pest Control (Second Shift | High Volume Operations)
We are a fast-growing pest control managment company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Call Center Dispatcher to join our team. This is a second shift position supporting national accounts and coordinating service across multiple time zones.
You will be working directly with some of the nation’s largest companies, helping maintain their facilities through efficient dispatching, subcontractor coordination, and work order management.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and manage high-volume work orders (7,000+ per month)
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and proper service completion
• Consistently follow up to ensure assigned work is completed correctly
• Review and verify all paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Handle inbound service calls from the Central U.S. to the West Coast (with some East Coast and Canada coverage)
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
