WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced Cabinetmaker who loves precision and craftsmanship. You know how to read shop drawings, think ahead, and bring designs to life with speed and accuracy. You take pride in clean joinery, tight reveals, and smart problem-solving. You thrive in a shop where teamwork, accountability, and high standards are the norm.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
🪚 Fabricate custom cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork from detailed shop drawings
🪚 Operate CNC, edgebander, table saw, planer, and other woodworking machinery
🪚 Perform accurate assembly, fitting, and hardware installation (Blum/Salice, etc.)
🪚 Maintain precision and quality across all builds — no shortcuts
🪚 Work closely with engineering, finishing, and installation teams
🪚 Keep the shop clean, organized, and production-ready every day
WHAT YOU NEED
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ cabinetmaking experience (custom shop preferred)
✔️ Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings accurately
✔️ Strong knowledge of materials (veneers, MDF, plywood, solid wood)
✔️ Proficiency with cabinet construction, assembly, and hardware
✔️ Team-oriented attitude — humble, hungry, and accountable
✔️ Reliable transportation and commitment to full-time work
