A growing and established electrical, service, and life safety Fire Alarm contractor is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager / Operations Leader to help manage workflow, support field operations, and drive accountability across multiple divisions.
This is not a desk jockey position.
We are looking for someone who understands how construction and service operations actually work, can see the big picture, and has the ability to move projects forward while keeping teams aligned and informed.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting division leadership with project and operational oversight
Reviewing active jobs and ensuring projects continue moving forward
Managing schedules, permits, inspections, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Coordinating material procurement and vendor communications
Monitoring project progress, labor reporting, and job costing information
Working closely with field supervisors, technicians, and office staff
Identifying operational bottlenecks and helping solve problems before they become issues
Maintaining accurate project information and accountability systems
Driving communication and follow-up across multiple teams and departments
What We're Looking For ---- The ideal candidate has:
Experience in electrical contracting, construction management, service operations, fire alarm, security, or related trades
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A high level of personal accountability
Strong attention to detail
Confidence making decisions and following through
Experience working with project management software and operational systems
