Most work consists of apartment turnovers. Units are vacant and require fast, clean, and professional results.
Typical tasks include:
* Hanging pre-assembled kitchen cabinets
* Interior framing and light layout modifications
* Repairing or replacing window sills and trim
* Door installation and adjustments
* Baseboard and finish carpentry
* Punch-list and repair work

Paid per job / per scope
Equivalent to $30–$60+/hour depending on efficiency and workload
