We are seeking a professional, experienced male actor to portray a homeowner in a one-time, on-site engagement.

Role Overview:
The selected actor will represent the homeowner during a property appraisal. You will be provided with detailed background information about the home and will be expected to communicate confidently and naturally with a professional appraiser. During the interaction, you will be connected to the actual homeowner via an earpiece for real-time guidance and support.

Requirements:

• White male
• 5’10” or taller
• Strong improvisational and communication skills
• Ability to follow direction in real-time via earpiece
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Prior acting experience required (premium-level talent preferred)
