Our client in Ramsey, NJ, near Bergen County, is looking to fill MULTIPLE positions - a total of 10 vacancies - for mail-merge support. These resources will be responsible for mail-merges using MS Word and MS Excel. Must have experience with MS Office applications and must have experience with mail-merge.
3-4 weeks of work, full time, 40 hours a week (8am-5pm Monday-Friday)
Could go longer, Pay is $17.00/hr
100% on-site work at the Ramsey office, need to be reliable
• Organize and process mail-merge requests, prepare letters via mail merge for customers
• Strong knowledge of requisite software/technology. E.g. advanced excel skills, mail merge, data searches
• Report preparation and mail merge to generate external communications
• Use MS Word and Excel to perform mail merges and list pulls
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word (including mail merge capability), Microsoft Excel, ACCESS (data entry only) and other pertinent software
• Ability to create spreadsheets and reports, as needed
