What You'll Do:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced toner-based digital production printing systems at customer locations throughout the United States.
This is a hands-on position that combines electronics, mechanics, optics, software, and customer interaction. Travel is an important part of the job, and all business travel expenses are fully covered by the company.
What We're Looking For:
Technical background in electronics, computers, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electro-mechanical technology, optics, or a related field.
Experience servicing toner-based production printers is a strong plus, but not required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
Willingness to travel throughout the United States
Team player committed and a procedures follower
Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $18–$25 per hour during the 90-day introductory period (based on experience)
