The Opportunity:
We’re on the hunt for a talented Level 2 Network and Systems Engineer to help us elevate our clients’ IT infrastructure. If you're someone who loves diving into network architecture, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do:
As a Level 2 Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our technical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network and system solutions for our clients
Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across various environments
Collaborating with our team to deliver seamless support and strategic guidance
Staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in network and systems engineering (Level 2 or higher)
Strong knowledge of firewalls, switches, servers, and virtualization
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

• Responding to and resolving service incidents.
• Tracking time, communications, and work output via ConnectWise Manage PSA.
• Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and client contacts.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, servers, and network equipment.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
• Triaging technical requests and completing tasks.
• Providing onsite support to local clients.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience with firewall brands (Meraki, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP).
• Experience with WAN/LAN networking, including routing, switching, security, and load balancing.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing, technical services environment (MSP experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, OneDrive, Windows Desktop, and Apple Ecosystem.
• Experience with Android, iOS, and Office365.
• Knowledge of MSP-related tools (ConnectWise Manage, Halo PSA, Ninja).
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Monday - Friday regular business hours.
• Rotating On call after hours support.
