A growing technology team is looking for a highly organized Technical Operations Coordinator to support both daily operations and executive‑level presentation development. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (around 2–4 years of experience) who enjoys creating polished PowerPoint decks, keeping processes running smoothly, and partnering with cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll split your time between presentation development and operational coordination:
Presentation & Meeting Support
Turn raw information—notes, spreadsheets, emails, and discussions—into clean, well‑structured PowerPoint slides for leadership updates and project reviews.
Shape content into clear narratives with strong visual flow, consistent formatting, and on‑brand templates.
Refresh existing decks by tightening messaging, improving layout, and reducing revision cycles.
Prepare meeting materials, organize agendas, track follow‑ups, and help ensure discussions run smoothly.
Maintain reusable slide components, charts, and templates to keep materials consistent across the organization.
Operational & Administrative Coordination
Handle onboarding steps for contractors and vendors, including training requirements, access setup, and checklist tracking.
Keep accurate records of onboarding/offboarding progress using tools like SharePoint or Teams.
Submit and monitor IT access requests (shared mailboxes, permissions, distribution lists, etc.).
Maintain simple trackers for incoming tasks, deadlines, and routine requests.
Update lightweight SOPs, checklists, and process notes to support repeatable workflows.
