After trying different clean up methods on windows 10 I made things worse.
After making things worse I did some research and read I should try installing a solid state drive and reload windows 10 which I tried.
That became way too complicated for me. I gave up went out and purchased a new computer. Probable solved.
If you are a computer wiz, you should have no problem getting this computer up and running again like new. It was a great computer which I used for many years editing photos and videos.
