We are within the Mount Olive school system and are conveniently located near schools, shopping, the lake and several other attractions.

Layouts/Pricing:
The Formal Dining Room Layout is our most popular layout. It is approximately 850 square feet for 1 bedroom apartments and 980 for the 2 bedroom. It has a separate formal dining room, dishwasher, electric stove, large spacious closets. Heat and hot water is included with this layout.

Type 1 Layout has an open layout with a living room/dining room combination. It is approximately 840 square feet for the 1 bedroom and 950 for the 2 bedroom. It has an eat-in kitchen, electric stove and spacious closets. Heat and hot water is included with this layout.

Type 2 Layout is the largest layout we offer. They are approximately 980 square feet for the one bedroom and 1,100 square feet for the 2 bedroom apartments. They have a separate formal dining room, central air conditioning, gas stove, 2 private entrances, spacious closets and wall to wall carpeting. Electric and gas is paid by the tenant for this layout.

Applications:
Please bring the following with you to complete an application in our office:
□ Proof of income such as 2-3 most recent paystubs. Child support, alimony, pensions, and social security are also acceptable forms of income. Bring proof of any and all income.
□ Employment verification letter of employment from your employer stating salary for EACH applicant
□ 2018 tax papers (or W-2) for each applicant
□ ID-Original driver’s license or passport or green card
□ Social Security card(s)
□ Current Utility Bill
□ Current Bank Statement
□ $40.00 - application fee (money order or cashier's check ONLY) for EACH applicant
□ $375.00 - deposit to hold the apartment (money order or cashier's check ONLY) -if you are denied this will be refunded to you. If you are approved, it is applied to the security. Money orders are widely available at Post Offices (you can use a debit card there), CVS, 7-11 and many other places.

Upon approval 1 ½ month's security and 1st month's rent is due 15 days before your move in date. There is also a $50 Board of Health inspection fee (every apartment is inspected by the Board of Health before you move in). You will also sign your lease at this time and set up a date to walk through the apartment and view it before you move in. This total is due 15 days before your move in date and is payable by money orders or certified bank checks. The $375 deposit is deducted from this total.
