What you’ll do
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate eyelash styles and lengths.
Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable experience for each client.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to prolong the life of their eyelash extensions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash application to continuously enhance your skills.
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communication.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role.
Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques, products, and tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred qualifications
Cosmetology or aesthetician license
Experience with other beauty services such as brow shaping or makeup application is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes clients feel welcome.
