Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Hair Stylist with a passion for hair wellness, creativity, and client experience. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a professional presence, and a desire to grow with a new and fast-rising salon brand that values artistry, education, and innovation.
Essential Responsibilities
-Perform expert-level haircutting, coloring, and styling services for all hair types
-Provide thorough consultations to clients and recommend personalized services, treatments, and retail products
-Stay informed on the latest industry trends, clean beauty innovations, and advanced techniques
-Maintain a high standard of professionalism, sanitation, and guest care at all times
-Contribute to Mane.Lobby’s positive team culture through collaboration, creativity, and leadership
-Promote and educate clients on our clean, plant-based product offerings
Experience & Qualifications
**3–5 years of experience as a licensed professional hairstylist in a salon environment
-Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License
-Strong communication and client service skills
-Passion for clean, wellness-based hair care
-Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
