Ryzen 5600 PC + RTX 3080 - $350 (Wyckoff)

So the RTX 3080 was used for years no problem but apparently when playing games with Ray Tracing enabled it will eventually freeze up. Maybe a fresh windows install will work fine but can't guarantee. I was planning on putting this in this desktop I bought used but it needs a larger PSU as it's only 550w in the desktop. I've just been using a laptop I bought and I just don't have the desire or time to finish this computer and don't even really game anymore haven't used Steam since March.
I don't want to sink any money into this computer I already spent money on the ram since it had none but either you can put a GPU like a GTX 1070 in it or upgrade the PSU and use the 3080 which may be a little unstable with Ray Tracing or might work fine.
The desktop is missing lots of screws the panels on both sides have no screws also there is no io shield. I tested the desktop to boot to Windows using a gt710 I had lying around. The windows install is password protected so you need to wipe the drive.
