We’re hiring a part-time office assistant with solid customer relations experience, that’s mandatory.
You’ll be the friendly voice and face of our company, helping clients, managing schedules, and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and emails in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust cleaning appointments
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback
• Communicate with our cleaning teams throughout the day
• Maintain accurate client notes and service details
• Provide follow-up to ensure every client is satisfied
Requirements:
• Bilingual (English–Spanish) — Required
• Customer service or customer relations experience — Required
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computer and scheduling software
• Friendly personality and professional demeanor
Hours:
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM
