Experience/ "Must Haves":
- Must have a least 1 year of inside sales experience
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency
"Nice to Haves":
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Will focus on inbound and outbound phone prospects
- Will partner closely with the Director to support business growth
- Conduct outbound calls and text messaging to prospects that have an interest in enrolling & starting a new career
- Re-establish relationships with dormant key enrollment prospects
- Maintain a constant follow up with contacts
- Schedule school tours and interviews
- Provide program information, pricing, promotions and relevant material to support enrollments and salon performance
- Assisting the Director with daily/weekly office tasks
