Job Overview:
Seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing snack food company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our snack products to local retail stores, supermarkets, and convenience outlets. You will present product samples, marketing materials, and build strong relationships with store owners and purchasing managers to grow our retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential retail clients within the assigned territory.
Present and sell snack products to local stores, including independent shops and regional chains.
Conduct in-person visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to secure new accounts.
Product Presentation:
Showcase product samples and promotional materials to potential buyers.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Set up displays or product demos when required.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in stores.
Provide excellent after-sales support and service.
Reporting & Feedback:
Track sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Provide regular reports to the management
Communicate customer needs and suggestions to the management
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to confidently present products and engage with buyers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
