We are a growing sign and graphics company in Hackensack, NJ looking for an experienced Sales Representative with sign industry knowledge.
This position is for someone who understands signage, can speak with customers professionally, follow up with leads, prepare quotes, and help close jobs.
We are looking for someone with experience selling or working with:
Channel letters
Lightboxes
Storefront signs
Window graphics
Vehicle wraps
Wall graphics
Banners and decals
Custom business signage
Responsibilities:
Speak with new leads and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the right sign solutions
Prepare estimates and follow up on quotes
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
Help close sales for signage, wraps, and graphics projects
Maintain organized communication with customers
Requirements:
Sales experience required
Sign industry experience strongly preferred
Must understand basic signage types and terminology
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Organized and reliable
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person
Plus:
Experience with channel letters, vehicle wraps, or storefront signs
Existing sign/customer network
Ability to read basic measurements, mockups, and project details
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission depending on experience.
