PCS is an established SaaS company serving K-12 school nutrition programs across the United States. Our flagship product, PCS Central, is a point-of-sale and meal accounting platform used by school districts nationwide. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and winning new business.
This is a role for someone who takes ownership, enjoys talking with people, and is motivated by results. You'll be selling into a consultative, relationship-driven sales cycle — working with school nutrition directors and district administrators from first contact through close.
What You'll Do
• Prospect for new customers through phone calls, email, and other outreach.
• Build relationships with school nutrition directors and key decision-makers.
• Schedule and attend customer meetings and product demonstrations.
• Follow up consistently and manage opportunities through the full sales process.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate new business.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to review progress, discuss opportunities, and improve results.
• Work closely with the sales team to help grow the business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Accountable and takes ownership of results.
• Comfortable with prospecting and handling rejection.
• Ambitious, competitive, and driven to succeed.
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Good judgment and common sense.
