We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to our overall sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for group medical sales, and the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone with select market leads that are supplied.
Responsibilities
• Call 5 hours per week and schedule a Zoom or Telephone appointment to speak with a broker for 10 – 15 minutes who will explain the benefits of the new medical platform to the prospect.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
