Gutter Tune-up- Leaking seams scraped out and resealed with permanent gutter seal (Geocel 2300) and with written guarantee never to leak again. Loose spikes replaced with 7" gutter screws or loose gutter hangars replaced with new heavy duty hidden hangers. All pipe connections secured with matching color stainless steel screws.
We GUARANTEE our work. One time customers are guaranteed clog free for 30 days.
Repeating customers, at least twice-per-year, are guaranteed clog free between cleanings. We also guarantee free maintenance of existing parts.
After a gutter tune-up, regular automatic cleaning customers get out "Keep your mind out of the gutter" warranty: If anything clogs, comes loose, falls off, or leaks from a seam or end cap, it is a FREE SERVICE CALL. We cheerfully come right out and fix it at NO CHARGE. This includes errant balls, frisbees, nests, dead birds etc.
