I am the owner of a Driving School and am seeking a very small office space or shared desk arrangement to meet a state licensing requirement.
I am interested in renting an office of 100 square feet or less. Alternatively, I would be happy to share a desk, filing cabinet, phone line, or other office resources within a larger suite. The space will be used infrequently, as my presence on-site will be minimal. All incoming messages will be forwarded to my home voicemail, and I will maintain only minimal signage and advertising at the location.
If you have any underutilized office space and are interested in generating supplemental income with very low impact on your premises, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss a mutually beneficial arrangement.
