I plan to sell my house and leave, but I've encountered a problem: I'll need a transition period of about two weeks, during which I won't have a place to stay.
Because of the short timeframe, it's difficult to find a place to rent, and the lack of a definite date (because I don't know when I'll be able to sell) makes it even harder.
I'm desperate and need help. If you could provide me with short-term accommodation, I would be extremely grateful. Of course, I will pay rent; you won't lose out.
I'm not picky about the conditions; a basement, a sofa, or even the floor are all fine. I will bring my own sleeping supplies, such as a blanket and pillow.
I am healthy, don't smoke, prefer quiet, and keep the place clean.
To minimize disruption to you, I'll only cook one simple meal a day, taking about half an hour. I'll eat leftovers in the afternoon, and nothing in the evening. I'll cook after you've finished eating and cleaned up. I'll bring my own cooking and eating utensils, rice, and vegetables. I'll only need to use your stove.
If I can sell the house, before the closing, I have many things to give you, from building materials and tools to various utensils, much of which will be new.
Whether you own a house or are renting, all I need is a place to sleep. If you provide it, you'll gain some income, a friend, and help me through a difficult time; and I'll gain a good friend. True friendship is revealed in times of trouble, and I will always respect and thank you.
Dear friends, please consider it. If you'd like to help, please contact me. Thank you!
