Hello, I am looking to rent a bedroom or basement apartment in the Nutley/Clifton area. I am a 60 year old male with two miniature Dachshunds that are house broken and well behaved. I just returned from South Carolina and in need of a place to live. I prefer furnished if possible., and within walking distance to stores/shops. I work part time as well as sell motorcycle parts on the internet. I am very handy with house repairs and maintenance, do not drink nor do drugs. Looking for something between 650-800 per month.
