We are hiring a reliable, professional, and highly attentive Concierge / Security Guard to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-managed residential property.
This role requires strong observation skills, accountability, and excellent tenant service. You will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries while ensuring building policies and security procedures are followed at all times.
Core Responsibilities
• Monitor building entrances, exits, common areas, and property grounds
• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner
• Verify visitor access and maintain visitor logs as required
• Patrol the property and identify safety, security, or maintenance concerns
• Report suspicious activity, incidents, and emergencies immediately
• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and tenant concerns
• Assist with package management and delivery coordination
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Enforce building rules, policies, and access procedures
• Coordinate with management, maintenance staff, and emergency responders when necessary
• Monitor security cameras and building access systems
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
Requirements
• 1+ year of concierge, security, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts if required
Preferred Qualifications
• Residential building experience
• Security Guard License
• Experience operating surveillance and access control systems
