Our preferred candidates should have:

A basic knowledge of SQL, Tomcat Servers and common networks infrastructures and their components.
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or equivalent. Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, A+ are favored.
Knowledge of Microsoft PC and server Environment, setup, Maintenance, Updates and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and customer service and support experience
