A (medium-sized) room is opening up in our 3 bedroom spacious apt w/ spacious closet. Top (bright) floor, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher and modern appliances.
(The apt is more decorated now like you see in the first few photos, there is also a kitchen island added as well).
We are literally right on the border of Weehawken and Union City. Neighborhood feels safe. Easy ferry ride, bus, or train into city.
Utilities are a flat $150/month and are included in rent. Share bathroom with one female (S).
Roommates are:
- S: mid-late twenties, med student in residency, here part-time, also lives in CT part-time.
- D: thirties, works in film production as a freelancer. Recently moved from California. Loves art, parks, being outside.
- Ginger (cockerspaniel poodle mix) - hypoallergenic, non-shedding, friendly, well-behaved, rarely barks.
We like to keep the house clean, and courteous in common spaces. Friendly, easy-going vibes.
Flexible on lease start date - anywhere between 3/15 - 4/1.
