$728 / 1br - $728 room for rent +utilities in shared upper level of house (Suffern)

Move in ASAP, room available for October 1st.
There is parking available, no garage.
No private bath but only share with one person.
The room is private, about 10 ft. x 10 ft. The closet is 2 ft. x 3 ft. Have to double check.
Second floor unit, 5-10 minute walking distance to bus, NJ Transit train (1 hour 15 minutes to Midtown Manhattan), and town center. We have the hookups for washer and dryer but are in talks for getting a new washer. The dryer operates but the laundromat is about a 15 minute walk. We ask for a $728 security deposit and rent for this month ($728) Utilities are mostly not included but can range from $50-$100/month for electricity/gas depending on the season and ac/heat usage and $38/month for the internet. A portion of the water/sewage bill is included in the rent and is usually $15 a month, but can be more, I include it in the rent because it comes biannually. If you owe more or less, I will let you know.
We are looking for a similar working adult to rent a private, unfurnished room in our spacious Suffern apartment. Huge living room/kitchen, we have a small balcony.
Shared living space with three adults and a cat named Lyla, unfortunately we can't take on any more pets, it was hard to convince the landlord to keep one.
We live next to a highway, the neighbors downstairs blast their music loudly from time to time (mostly weekends), and I occasionally play music/electric guitar out of my amps so hopefully those kinds of noises will not bother you.

Shared bathroom with one person and living spaces shared with everyone. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, microwaves, toaster oven, and shared fridge. We ask you to be able to keep the common areas clean/the way you found it. AKA we don’t want someone who will leave dishes in the sink for a day or crumbs/oil on the counter. If you are someone willing to pick up the broom or swiffer mop up once in a while and help take care of the common areas, we would be ecstatic to have you.
We each have different roles for taking out the garbage/recycling.
We all work at least 5 days a week but we do all like to hang out sometimes however we respect your privacy as well. That being said, we also enjoy our privacy and would all like to be informed if you will be having guests over/staying the night and not to do it too often to respect the space.
