I am looking for a quiet, professional, clean and responsible roommate to rent the available bedroom for 1 year. There is a nice sized living room, kitchen and 1 shared bathroom. 5 minute walk to the Roselle Park train station and a 1 minute walk to bus stops to NYC. There is a laundromat on the next block over and a 3 minute drive to the Garden State Parkway. There is a parking lot across the street that is free after 6pm, there is also side street parking available.

Rent is $1200 due by the 5th of each month. There is a $50 late fee after the 5th. Utilities included
