About the House/Property:
Comfortable private room available is the furnished master bedroom with bathroom (it is very private). The owner of the house lives in NYC and stays at the house occasionally in a room on the first floor. Full use of a nice modern kitchen, dining room and living room area for your use. There is a gazebo in the backyard. You will experience a peaceful, tranquil existence surrounded by trees, birds and quiet while being close to the action of Atlantic City and the beach and casinos.

You have the charm and coziness all year round of a small town, but the convenience of everything you need close by.
Terms of Agreement:
There is flexibility with the lease terms: 3 months to 1 year preferred.
The room (primary/master) is available mid-October or November 1.
The rent includes WIFI and utilities.
