Someone clean and respectful that can keep the room clean and organized. The room is fully furnished and ready for move in. You will have access to the entire apartment and the only other person is me. I am 51 male Brazilian recently divorced that loves peace an quiet. I usually work at night so if you work during the day, you will have the whole place for you. This room is for 1 person only, no kids no pets. This is a smoke and drug free environment.
