This is a month-to-month agreement, and a minimum of 30 days notice is required prior to moving out.
The house was built in 2007 it has 4 bedrooms and is 2,700 square feet. The room for rent is on the second level and is 14'14 in size with a closet. You will be the 4th and final person in the house.
The bedroom is not furnished.
You will have access to the kitchen as well and the washer/dryer in the basement. You must clean up after yourself.
This room is for one individual. One occasional overnight guest is fine.
Off street parking in driveway is available. Street parking is free.
Absolutely no smoking or drug use is permitted.
The house is within walking distance of a large shoprite. 1 mile away from the morristown green. 1/2 mile away from a walmart and a new planet fitness. Minutes away from interstate 287 and a train station.
The total cost is $1,075 per month this includes verizon 5G internet and utilities.
Initial cost is $2,575 which includes a $1,500 deposit.
