Looking for a laid back, friendly, mature, responsible professional for VERY LARGE vacant bedroom in a spacious (2,000 sq. ft), furnished 3 BR, 2 BA house. With a great location in Lyndhurst steps from mass transit and only 9 MINUTES to NYC (off peak hours), the house offers desirable features and amenities. Located on a quiet block, it includes a spacious living area and TV room, large fully equipped kitchen and dining space, plus SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC VIEWS of the NYC skyline, a large deck and outdoor entertaining area, plus off-street parking. Location is walking distance to food shopping and main street with medical offices, shops, specialized services, bars and restaurants. Three tenants occupy the house altogether.

The bedroom being vacated (mine) at the end of March is a huge (15x18) room with a large closet, two large windows, and panoramic views of NYC. It can easily accommodate a king size bed with plenty of room to spare. Comes unfurnished, rent is $1,150 and you will share 2 bathrooms in the house with 2 other roommates). Utilities are not included and run about $150/mo or less (gas, electric, water/sewer internet and cable) additional.

Looking for a mature, responsible roommate who is financially stable, pays their bills on time, is dependable with household chores, gets along with others, is friendly but respectful of others' privacy and property, and cleans up after themselves. Must provide solid references. Cats are OK. Dogs are negotiable. 1 year lease preferred.
