I’m renting out a small BR in a 2 BR apartment, sharing with a female roommate from first week of Nov.
A small room (approximately 9 X 11ft) with a loft bed, includes a desk, a closet, shelves, small dressers
You will be sharing a bathroom, a living room/ kitchen with cable TV and wifi.
It also includes an attached garage Home comes equipped with Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and shared backyard. Minutes from Newark airport, shopping, public transportation, major highways and NYC.
I am looking for a female roommate who is respectful and clean and responsible in taking care of the common space but laid back and easy going.
It can be a temp subletter who can at least stay for 2months and it could be a long-term rent if we are a good match.
The rent is $650 a month including utility, cable TV and wireless Internet. You have to be able to pay the rent for the first month and a half of the rent for the security deposit upfront, which will be returned to you at the end if the room/apartment is handed over in the same condition.
