Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed / 1 bath on the second floor of a 3-story house (separate entrance to the second floor). The roommate will have a private room but will share the kitchenette and bathroom with me (the other tenant). I am a transgender woman and a doctoral (PhD) student. I am the only tenant on this floor. The room has a bed, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. The rent is 750 all inclusive plus 75 per month cleaning fee. First month rent (750) and security deposit (750) is required. The lease will be for 6 months initially and renewable subsequently. The lease will be handled directly by the landlord, not me (this is not a sublet or a joint lease).
