We have a small (ADU) furnished house off the main house in the backyard. Please see the info below that a roommate that is leaving shared, and who is looking for someone take over the lease there. and furnished private coundo ADU behind nice home, a few blocks from Downtown Jersey City, starting Oct 1.

It is furnished with a queen mattress, a desk, two chairs, a loveseat couch, two nightstands, a dresser in the closet and a 50-inch TV.
We may not allow work from home, If any one intrested, So Please include land lord reference in your reply
As well We do REQUIRE Tenant screening ($29, r-efundable) If doesn't like the space
Great walkability:
it is a 10 min walk to Jersey City Towne Center (Target, Starbucks, Walgreens, etc.)
