About the household:
We're a stable, easygoing household of two looking for a third roommate to share expenses and day-to-day life. We enjoy cooking, gardening (we have space to grow vegetables), and outdoor activities like walking and biking. We value someone reliable who can pitch in with shared chores.
We have a small dog (chihuahua) who is not looking to share her space with another pet, so please note we're not able to accommodate additional dogs.
Location: Private, peaceful setting — nearest neighbor about half a mile away. Quiet surroundings.
House rules: No smoking indoors, no drugs, and a preference for a stable, low-drama living situation.
Before moving forward: We'll ask for references, proof of stable income/employment, and prior housing references, as we want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
